NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000592 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and GAIL F. MURPHY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GAIL F. MURPHY N/K/A VINCENT DIFINI; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SCOTT STUMBO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JULIE STUMBO are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1377, ISLAND WALK PHASE SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 5 THROUGH 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
