AS RECORDED ON JUNE 7, 1993 IN BOOK 1833, PAGE 654, COLLIER COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, THE WARRANTY DEED DATED JUNE 1, 1993 WHICH DESCRIBES THE PROPERTY AS FOLLOWS: A PORTION OF THE EAST 321.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1933.65 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICUALRY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE NORTH 87 DECREES 18 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST 301.85 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST 161.13 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST 72.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST 35.00 FEET ; THENCE NORTH 87 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST 72.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 02 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
