NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010608, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBOR VIEW 2005-12 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and JOANNE CALZARETTA, CONDEE COOLING & ELECTRIC, INC., SMOKEHOUSE BAY CLUB, INC., NOEL BILLER, MARK CALZARETTA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 20th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 914, OF SMOKEHOUSE BAY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON APRIL 25, 1987, AT O.R. BOOK 1263, PAGES 2248 THROUGH 2321, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
