notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2618-CC of the COUNTY Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LAUREL LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JEANETTE HOFELT WINCHELL A/K/A JEANETTE MARIE HOFELT; GREGORY JOHN WINCHELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY JOHN WINCHELL: UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANETTE HOFELT WINCHELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS,
INC., AS; UNKNOWN TENANT TWO and UNKNOWN TENANT ONE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 65, Block E, LAUREL LAKES PHASE TWO AT LAUREL WOOD, a PUD according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 5 through 7, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
