notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-961-CC of the COUNTY Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TROPHY CLUB AT THE STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and NINA WESTPHAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NINA WESTPHAL; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1103, Building 11, TROPHY CLUB AT THE STRAND',a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 2709, Pages 584 through 656, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
