Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660; facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
The East 75 feet of the West 180 feet of Tract 27, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 25, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 13 and 14, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.1
