Unit 202, Building 1, Phase 1, MENAGGIO, a Condominium, together with the pro rata interest in the Common Elements and Common property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of MENAGGIO, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4180, Page 2767, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida and as amended.

including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at lst Floor Atrium fo the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on August 22, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
