NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-02494-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein South Bay Plantation Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff and Charles J. Vreeland is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said order of Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2608, BUILDING NO. 26, OF SOUTH BAY PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3908, PAGE 2101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Property Address: 2078 Rookery Bay Drive, Unit 2608, Naples, FL 34114.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
