NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 112009CA0111320001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and ERLAN M. ARAUJO; MARIA D. ARAUJO; ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNERS'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SPECTRUM FUNDING CORPORATION; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 23rd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
