NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2012, and entered in CASE NO.: 2011-2608-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County. Florida, wherein NEW YORK coMMUNITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER cooK A/K/A CHRISTOPHER L. COOK, is the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1133, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3514, PAGE 1481 THROUGH 1630, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
