NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause on July 26, 2012, in Case No. 2012-01363-CA, in the Circuit Court, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein TO YOUR HEALTH, LLC, is the Plaintiffs, and JAZZMIN PATCH CORPORATION, a Florida Profit Corporation; ROBERT W. DEEKS, individually; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE,are the Defendants, I will sell, pursuant to the terms of said Summary Final Judgment, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of August, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash, except as hereinafter set forth, at the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 the following described property located in COLLIER County, Florida, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
