NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 0807559CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE OF SAMI II 2006-AR3, Plaintiff, and, William D. Pilger AKA William Pilger, et al., are Defendants, I will to the highest bidder for cash at 1st Floor Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of August, 2012, the following described property:
THE WEST 320 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
