NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 22 day of August 2012, at 11:00 a.m at the Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
THE EAST1/2 OF TRACT 52, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 97, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 95 AND 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
