NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1100530CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A5CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-E UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and MARIANNE BOURQUE A/K/A MARIANNE H. BOURQUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIANNE H. BOURQUE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FAIRWAY TOWERS CLUB, BUILDING “D,” INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 503, FAIRWAY TOWERS, BUILDING D, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 585, PAGES 1571, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
