NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0808319CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR7 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and JONATHAN D. FREEMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN D. FREEMAN NKA CAROLINE FREEMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; and TENANT #4 the name being fictitious to account for parties in possession; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MARKET STREET MORTGAGE CORPORATION ; ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 732, ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGES 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE AS AMENDED , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH GARAGE NUMBER G06-03.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
