NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 0902040CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Atrium on the 1st Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22 day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 2, Cottage Park, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3811, at Page 3438, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
