Butterfield a/k/a Susan Butterfield, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on August 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 111 THENCE SOUTH 00Ëš28'32” EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF TRACT 111, A DISTANCE OF 180.00 FEET TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 18O FEET OF TRACT 111; THENCE SOUTH 89Ëš31'28” WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 55.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00Ëš28'32, WEST, A DISTANCE OF 180.00 FEET TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTH LINE OF TRACT 111; THENCE NORTH 89Ëš31'28', EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF TRACT 111, A DISTANCE OF 55.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
