notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 006446 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Diana D. Tomasic and John D. Twaddle, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on August 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 107, BUILDING 1500, POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3964, PAGE 2182, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
