NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 112010CA0067840001XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MARY S. JOHNSTON A/K/A MARY SHELLY JOHNSTON; RICHARD JOYCE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; LELY PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COMMERICAL ROOFING CONCEPTS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO. 41, LELY PINES CONDOMINIUM, UNIT 4 F/K/A THE HAMLET, UNIT 4, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 486, PAGES 361, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1678, PAGES 2365, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.

This property is located at the Street address of: 4903 CATALINA DRIVE, APT K41, NAPLES, FL 34112.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
