Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order entered on July 23, 2012, in Case No. 11001182CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Charlotte County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Debbie A. Wood f/k/a Debbie A. Gonzalez f/k/a Debbie A. Mitchell, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 24th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 11, BLOCK 63 OF PORT CHARLOTTE, SECTION 5 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 1A-1F, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
