Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17th, 2012, and entered in 12000946CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS L. ELKINS A/K/A DOUGLAS LEE ELKINS AND SUSAN K. ELKINS A/K/A SUSAN KAYE ELKINS; LAKE VIEW IV CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK ASSOCIATION, INC.; E*TRADE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN MCELHATTON are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on August 20th, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 103, BUILDING G, PHASE 1, LAKE VIEW IV CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2995, PAGE 359, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 5A, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
