NOTICE IS HEREBY PROVIDED that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on August 20, 2012, the following real and personal property:
PARCEL 1:

Lots 535 and 536, ROTONDA WEST, PINEHURST, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 12A through 12K, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

PARCEL 2:

Lot 686, ROTONDA WEST, WHITE MARSH, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17A through 17L, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

PARCEL 3:

Lot 661, ROTONDA WEST, PINEHURST, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 12A through 12K, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale. This notice will be published in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
