NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, RICHARD A BUCKEY, SR, DECEASED; ROBERT CHARLES BUCKEY A/K/A ROBERT C. BUCKEY AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD A. BUCKEY, SR., DECEASED; RICHARD ALVAN BUCKEY, JR. A/K/A RICHARD A. BUCKEY, JR. A/K/A RICHARD A. BUCKEY AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD A.
