YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Brevard County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A portion of land lying in Section 20, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the North Quarter corner of said Section 20; thence run South 01Ëš13'02” East along the West line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 20 a distance of 606.32 feet; thence run South 89Ëš59'55” East a distance of 1941.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run South 05Ëš20'01” East a distance of 1533.47 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Buckingham Road said point also being a point on a non-tangent curve, concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 630.72 feet, a central angle of 32Ëš15'12”, the chord for which bears North 69Ëš26'21” East, a chord distance of 350.38 feet; thence along the arc of said curve to the left an arc distance of 355.05 feet to the end of said curve; thence run North 09Ëš05'35” West a distance of 1421.64 feet; thence North 89Ëš59'55” West a distance of 245.93 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose. This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such M. Brian Cheffer, Esquire. DeBoest, Stockman, Decker, Hagan, Cheffer & Webb-Martin, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 1415 Hendry Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901 on or before 30 days after the first publication date, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint
