NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-000309 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 16 day of August, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. D-5, of Seminole Garden Apartments Condominium Unit D, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1056. Page 1456, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
