WILLIAM RIESSEN and DOROTHY RIESSEN, Husband & Wife, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST WILLIAM RIESSEN AND DOROTHY RIESSEN; BANK OF AMERICA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 17 day of July, 2012, and entered in case No. 10-CC-007410 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE SHORES AT GULF HARBOUR II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM RIESSEN, DOROTHY RIESSEN, and BANK OF AMERICA are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 309, SHORES AT GULF HARBOUR II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3506, Page 131, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
