NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-068448 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, L.P. F/K/A countrywide home loans servicing, L.P., is Plaintiff, and DEBRA L. ANDERSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 1383, Unit 18, cape coral subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 96-120, Public Records Of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
