NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of foreclosure filed March 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-059333 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein gmac mortgage, llc, is Plaintiff, and monico nieto, sr a/k/a monico ramirez nieto, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

A part of Lots 199, 200 and 201, IMPERIAL GATES SUBDIVISION, according to that certain plat as recorded in Official Record Book 59, Page 251, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, further described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 36, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
From the South quarter corner of Second 36, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, run northerly along the North and south quarter line of said Second 36, 1053.00 feet; thence Easterly deflecting 89 degrees 42 minutes to the right, 995 feet for a place of beginning; thence continuing along the last described course 50 feet; thence Southerly deflecting 90 degrees 18 minutes to the right 132 feet; thence Westerly deflecting 89 degrees 42 minutes to the right 50 feet; thence Northerly deflecting 90 degrees 18 minutes to the right 132 feet to the place of beginning. SUBJECT to a guy easement over the Southerly 5 feet of the Westerly 15 feet thereof, and SUBJECT to an access easement over the Northerly 25 feet thereof.
