NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed July 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-052907 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Plaintiff and Ronald A. Thomas; Dawn L. Thomas are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, August 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 16 and 17, BLOCK 20, PALMONA PARK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
