LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 3086, UNIT 62, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 21 TO 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 1815 Southwest 2nd Place, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
