NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-050208, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and EDILMA C. DIAZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 11th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 47 AND 48, BLOCK 3593, UNIT 46, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 118 THROUGH 129, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
