NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-059097, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ALICIA G. INGALLS A/K/A ALICIA INGALLS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., CLERK OF THE COURT OF THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, HIDDEN LAKES RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC., SPRING RUN GOLF CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICIA G. INGALLS A/K/A ALICIA INGALLS N/K/A ALICIA INGALLS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
