NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 16, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-070377 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and GHEORGHE CAZAC; MINERVA CAZAC; TERRACE III AT HERITAGE POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE POINTE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CC CLUBHOUSE, LLC A DISSOLVED CORP.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
