Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder beginning at 9:00 am on August 17, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Fla. Statute Chapter 45 that certain property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit 1-107, WATERFORD I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2193, Page 1463 through 1574, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements (the “Gulf Coast Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
