AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, November 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 219, GLADIOLUS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 58 TO 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
