BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GUSTAVO MONDRAGON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUSTAVO MONDRAGON N/K/A TENEE MONDRAGON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NIKEA HOUSTON, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 9 and 10, block 3769, unit 51, cape coral division, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 19, page(s) 2-16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
