NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 19 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-067732, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and KIM R. SWANSON A/K/A KIM RENE SWANSON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, KIM RENE SWANSON AS TRUSTEE OF THE SANSON FAMILY LIVING TRUST, UTD, 6/8/04 and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 5240, UNIT 81, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 102 THROUGH 112, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
