NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgement was awarded on July 20, 2012, in Civil Case No36-2011-CA-053258, of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and, SOLOMON R. QUINCE; JENNIFER L. QUINCE; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on September 19, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 153, UNIT 44, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
