NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to this Court's Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 16, 2012 (the “Order”) and Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2012 (the “Final Judgment”), and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050710 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Liberty Bank, FSB is Plaintiff and Linda O. Crawford and J. Stephen Crawford are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 16, 2012 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment and incorporated in the Order:
A tract or parcel of land lying in Section 12, Township 46 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a concrete monument, the Southeast corner of Section 12, Township 46 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida; the point of beginning: thence North 0 degrees 40' 58” West on the East line of Section 12, 654.06 feet to a steel pin; thence South 89 degrees 11' 15” West 1330.12 feet to a steel pin on the centerline of a 60 foot easement, thence South 0 degrees 31' 10” East 654.06 feet to a steel pin on the South line of Section 12; thence North 89 degrees 11' 15” East 1331.99 feet to a concrete monument, the Southeast corner of Section 12, the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
