SPENCER; AMBER SPENCER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; EMERSON SQUARE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARMONY POINTE AT EMERSON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; EMERSON ROADWAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CENTEX HOMES; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
