NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed July 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-050836 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SCOTT AVERITT; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT AVERITT N/K/A VALERIE AVERITT; DAVID PAGLIARO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID PAGLIARO N/K/A ANNETTE PAGLIARO; JAMES TRAVIS DALY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES TRAVIS DALY N/K/A N/K/A: JENA DALY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF LOT 2 OF SAID BLOCK 4148, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 4148, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 59, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 140 THROUGH 153, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THENCE SOUTH 78 DEGREES 42 MINUTES 05 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1, FOR 127.74 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1: THENCE NORTH 58 DEGREES 22 MINUTES 09 SECONDS EAST FOR 147.74 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 2 OF SAID BLOCK 4148: THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 34 MINUTES 51 SECONDS WEST, ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2 FOR 52.46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
