NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed July 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-053667 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and ROBERTINO SALDANA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTINO SALDANA N/K/A MICHELLE SALDANA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSE SALDANA, TENANT #2 N/K/A MARIBEL SALDANA, TENANT #3 N/K/A MARIA SUBEIS, and TENANT #4 N/K/A JOSE ZERATO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
