MARVEL; FIFTH THIRD BANK (WESTERN MICHIGAN); PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CREEKSIDE CROSSING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEE COUNTY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
