THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-J09, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-J09 is Plaintiff and KAREN M. SUTTON A/K/A KAREN SUTTON; STACY E. JAMES; unknown person(s) in possession of the subject property; TRULIANT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW. LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 1090, UNIT 23, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 39 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
