NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-52285 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein H & R BLOCK BANK, A FEDERAL SAVING BANK, is the Plaintiff and MAKSYMILIAN KOLSHAK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAKSYMILIAN KOLSHAK; SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on September 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 7, BUILDING NO. 101 OF SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDO 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1804, PAGE(S) 1259, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
