NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 17, 2010, and entered in 36-2009-CA-058665 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and D. ROBIN FURNEY; SANDRA L. FURNEY; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on August 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, UNIT 1, SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 93, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
