NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed , entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-053769, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff, and WILBERT JEAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILBERT JEAN IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 22 day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 16, UNIT 4, SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 45 SHOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 183, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 656 CLANCY STREET E, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33936.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
