AYALA, A/K/A CLARA AYALA; NARCISO LARA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 18, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 17, plat of Unit 2 Lehigh Estates a Subdivision of Lehigh Acres, Section 31, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, as per map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 82, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
