NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-612 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 23 day of August, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit B, Building 8, AVIANO AT PELICAN PRESERVE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4516, Page 2744, as amended, of the Public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
