Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 24 day of July, 2012, in Civil Action No. 12-CA-000324 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which MARBELLA AT SPANISH WELLS III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and GEORGE MATTHEWS, GINNA R. MATTHEWS, and UNKNOWN TENANTS N/K/A BENJAMIN AFRICA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 24 day of August, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 3511, MARBELLA AT SPANISH WELLS III, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded under Clerk's File Number #2006000158772, and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale
